Who are we?

We are a local independent mortgage and insurance company based on the South Coast who offers a bespoke individual and professional service.

We give sound practical advice and help our customers to make sense of what can seem a confusing marketplace. We understand you are individuals and will help you to realise your dreams and will provide you with the care and attention you deserve.

What we do?

The process:

We make the whole process as simple as possible. Whether you are re-mortgaging, a first time buyer or an experienced landlord, we will guide you through the whole process.

When you contact us we will conduct a thorough assessment of your circumstances and your future goals and use the information to research the whole of the mortgage market place. Based on our research we will make our recommendations and if you are happy we will complete the paperwork and make the applications for you. We don't just leave you there to make all the tedious calls. We give you regular updates on how your application is progressing all the way through to completion, and deal directly with the lenders, solicitors and estate agents on your behalf.

We do have regulatory requirements that we must undertake, don't be frightened though it's a good thing! We never hide from our advice we pride ourselves on it.

We usually don't charge a fee for our service. However you can choose to pay a fee of 1% of the loan value and then you would receive any commission payable by the lender. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
